To be in this group, a vehicle must have an overall score among the highest in its category, taking into account road tests, predicted reliability, owner satisfaction and safety. The best options should also come from the factory on all trims with Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) with Pedestrian Detection, both of which are safety features we consider critical because they’ve been proven to save lives.
