Kim Is Surprisingly Smart
Yes, you heard right. Successful in her own right, Kim is a major player in the booming entrepreneurial world. Named one of Time’s Most Influential People of 2014, seriously, Kim’s many winning ventures often scoop up buckets of cash every year. That’s right, from her mobile app to her chain of stores and endorsements, Kim is all about risk, reinventing her image time and time again. In fact, she’s a marketing expert, using her own brand to her advantage and doing her best from a mere name, even turning two failed marriages into some kind of money-making scheme. Basically carrying the rest of the family on their good fortune, Kim created an empire from the ground up, well from a homemade tape (which everyone knows now, but more on that later), and managed to make billions and billions of dollars. In the process. Now that’s smart.
Kourtney got implants at 19
Usually considered the most normal, or at least the one that takes the least shit, it’s no surprise to see Kourtney speak so candidly about her use of plastic surgery. Unlike the rest of the family who never admitted, or needed a little nudge to be clear about their improvements. Always honest about her implants, Kourtney admitted to going under the knife during her college years saying, ‘I had implants, but it’s so funny because it’s no secret , I do not care. ” However, although apparently not bothered by all the cosmetic surgery, Kourtney regrets doing them so young, saying: ‘I had my boobs but if I could go back I wouldn’t. wouldn’t have done. I was so cute before, I realized I was made to look a certain way and am considering removing them. Interesting.
Kourtney, Kim and Khloe are renowned business owners
Founded by the three older Kardashian sisters in 2006, DASH was billed as an upscale boutique, focused on clothing and accessories. Now a franchise in its own right, the store has three locations, Calabasas, California, Miami Beach, Florida and Manhattan, New York. With the three stores often seen on the families’ reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians , Kim has often expressed her wish that the show would focus more on their business, in hopes of bringing her more attention. In fact, Kim was so repressed that a new reality series called, Dash Dolls,came out in 2015. After the lives of the Kardashian sisters as well as the employees who worked there, the show focused on what it was like to represent the Kardashian brand. In recent episodes of KUWTK however, the siters get into a business disagreement over whether or not they want to give up the stores, and it’s Kourtney who seems to want to keep the stores!
They Wrote Books
Who would have thought?! Publishing a young adult novel, Rebels: City of Indra in 2014, sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner surprised the world with their dystopian nightmare and fantastical imagination. Centered around two main characters, the book is set in the near future and said to be based on themselves. Speaking about the company, Kylie said: ‘The fans seem to love it. That’s why we made it, the character names are Lexi and Livia. I think we wanted to make Lexi more like me and Livia more like Kendall, and they sort of evolved into their own characters. Not alone in acting, Kim has also published a few books of her own, the most recent being Selfish .released in 2015. Basically a book about selfies, Kim sold the idea on how she loves taking pictures, saying, “I took my first selfie in 1984 and that opens the book. For a decade I carried around a big digital camera, and I think the process of changing types of photos is just fascinating. Mine started with digital cameras, then they moved to a Blackberry and then to a smartphone. There is just such an evolution of the selfie. And I get that, I think, very well. Whatever you say Kimmy.
Khloe Was Arrested
There is always one. The family’s resident black sheep, Khloe Kardashian, has often been labeled as the one who doesn’t quite fit in. Apparently having a certain personality, Khloe is also the funniest, regularly making fun of those around her. With his parentage also often up for debate, the press pushed rumors about who his real father was, with some even claiming it was OJ Simpson (more on that later). Going on ski trips and overseas vacations, the Kardashians and Simpsons were often caught partying together, with Kris releasing baby after baby in the process. However, when OJ was framed for the murder of ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ronald Goldman, Kris began to drift away from the man she called her friend. Staying by his side, Robert stood by OJ during the Trial of the Century, in which OJ was shockingly found not guilty, despite stacks of evidence pointing to him as the killer. Apparently, having doubts, Robert is estranged from his former best friend, with some claiming he knew deep down that OJ was guilty. Different from their other sisters, Khloe and Kylie were also home-schooled, which they themselves decided. Attending a real school for a short while, Khloe recently recalled her experiences, admitting, “I felt like I had no friends. There was no reason for me to stay. Making the decision to drop out, Khloe also forged the necessary paperwork for the move. Discussing her life choices, Khloe said: ‘I finished three years of high school in one year, I graduated when I was 17 with honors, so opposite! ”Apparently, following in her sisters’ footsteps, Kylie Jenner has also made the leap into homeschooling, admitting she’ll only be doing three to four hours of school a day. Now officially graduated, it’s unclear whether the two sisters will go to college at some point in the future. All make salaries and all are employed at the! Appearing on a number of billboards and advertisements for animal rights activists PETA, Khloe Kardashian has been a proud and avid supporter of the charity. However, recently cutting all ties with the organization, Khloe said the constant assault and harassment was her reason. That’s right, after PETA flour bombarded her sister Kim Kardashian at a recent event, Khloe fired back, saying, ‘I’ve been a long-time PETA supporter, but I’ve also been very vocal on the anti-bullying, so that was a huge bummer for me. Posting a full statement, Khloe went on to say that PETA condones violence as well as bullying, writing: ‘I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior.
